It was a packed house at our monthly scheduled board meeting on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Students from the
Gardendale Early Learning Program recited the Pledge of Allegiance and several EISD superstars were recognized.
In honor of
National School Counselor Week, our counselors were publicly thanked for everything they do for our students and staff. And to celebrate
School Bus Driver Appreciation Day members of our Transportation Department were in attendance as well.
With Frebruary being Career and Technical Education Month, students from the Business Professionals of America at Kennedy High School were in attendance and acknowledged as well.
The recognitions concluded with students from our Fine Arts Academy who recently participated in the Alamo City Electrothon Race and won first place. Congratulations, to Mr. Huntoon and his students.
