NEW TO EISD STUDENTS:

• New to EISD students going into Kindergarten through 12th grade must complete a registration form online or at the campus.
  • Online Registration with Parent Self-Serve (Frontline)

• This link can also be used for students who would like to enroll at Gardendale Early Learning Program, Burleson School of Innovation and Education and Learn4Life.

• Fill out a separate form for each student.

• Have digital copies of the following ready to submit to finalize enrollment. If you are unable to upload online, you may bring the physical copies to your student's campus.
  • Student’s Birth Certificate
  • Social Security card, if available
  • Parent/Guardian ID
  • One of the following: Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID (in person only), or Permanent Resident Card
  • Proof of Residence (One of the following: Utility Bill, Tax Bill, Rental Lease Agreement, etc.)
  • Student Immunization Records

Current EISD students do not need to complete a registration form, but must login and verify or update student information.

Current EISD students who wish to change campuses must follow the appropriate directions for their grade level.

• Rising 1st- 5th graders
  •  A physical Choice Slip was passed out before Thanksgiving. This slip must be signed by parent/guardian and returned to campus by February 1, 2023.
  • Choice Slip 

• Rising 6th - 9th graders
  • Students have received a physical Course Selection Card from their campus that must be returned to campus by January 20, 2023.
  •  If you cannot find your copy, please reach out to your campus for another copy.

• Rising 10th - 12th graders
  • Students must see their campus counselor to discuss school transfer options.
