QR codes are making COVID-19 testing even easier! Now you can register
here for testing ahead of time. Follow these steps to begin.
Step 1: Open camera or QR code reader or visit this
link:
Step 2: Fill Out Information
a. Enter site type
i. Select School
b. Site Assigned
i. Type 'EISD' & select your campus name'
ii. Click Select Site
ii. Select Student or Staff Registration
iv. Enter Your Information
You can enter a phone number to get your QR Code texted to you or enter an email address to receive your QR Code through email.
Once you receive your personalized QR code, show it to a Community Labs tester and they will do a simple scan. You can also receive your results via text or email. Students and staff only need to register once. Campuses will have registration information on file for their students.
