Keep an eye out at the polls. Memorial High School student, Celeste P. won the "I Voted" Sticker Design Contest, Her artwork will appear on stickers at every voting poll site in Bexar County. Commissioner Justin Rodriguez, and MOVE Texas surprised the sophomore with the news and a new iPad. Way to go, Celeste!
