The Burleson School for Innovation and Education held a ribbon-cutting event to celebrate their newest partnership with Texas A&M University San Antonio.
Students and community heard inspirational words from leaders including Texas A&M University San Antonio President Dr. Cynthia Teniente-Matson and EISD Superintendent Dr. Hernandez. The event was also streamed live to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
After the ribbon-cutting, attendees toured the campus to learn how Burleson School of Innovation and Education is providing students with the skills to be successful, young adults in their community.
