Congratulations to members of the Edgewood Fine Arts Academy who received $65,000 in scholarships from the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts.
A scout from The Conservatory attended the Academy Acting Company’s production of ‘Treasure Island’ earlier this month. After the show, the scout awarded scholarships to 15 students to the NYCDA’s Degree Program.
Scholarship recipients include:
Adam Islacue, Ava Duquette, David Perez, Marcus Magallanez, Christina Cuevas, Jasmine Owens, Lillian Villalobos, Jackson Owens, Samantha Torres, Yari Acotsa, Prynce Sykes, Michael Navarro, Loki Mejia, Enrique Hernandez and Caitlin Colunga.
