Kimberly Jett Gonzalez - Coordinator

Kimberly Jett Gonzalez abides by Robert Byrne's quote "the purpose of life is a life of purpose". She is certain that her work as an educator, daughter and parent is her life's mission and her greatest purpose in life.

Kimberly Jett has been in education since 2005 as a teacher at West Campus High School. She was earning her undergrad degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University when she was given the opportunity to become a permanent substitute and she fell in love with teaching and quickly knew it was her purpose!

As an alumni of South San Antonio High School, it was important to Kimberly to return to her community as an educator. She served South San ISD as a high school technology teacher and as an Instructional Technology Specialist for ten years. It was during this time that she discovered her passion and earned a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Technology Integration. Kimberly then started her career with Edgewood ISD in 2013. These years in education and technology integration have given Kimberly the opportunity to gain valuable experience in supporting technology-rich lessons for cross curricular areas. She is a true learner who loves to collaborate with administrators, teachers and students in ensuring equitable access to 21st century learning experiences for all students!
