Robotics

Edgewood ISD Robotics integrates STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) by teaching students to design, build, and program robots, fostering critical thinking, teamwork, and real-world problem-solving skills through hands-on activities, after-school clubs, and competitions. Robotics programs make abstract STEM concepts tangible, boosting engagement, and preparing students for future tech careers by applying knowledge in practical, innovative ways.

Below, you will find details on how to start a Robotics Club on yoiur campus, competition information and more. If you are a Makerspace teacher you can incorporate teaching Robotics in your classroom using the Curriculum (Coding) provided by LEGO.
