Dozens of Memorial High School and John F. Kennedy High School athletes began the Summer Conditioning Program by hitting the weight room and brushing up on plays and drills.
Students begin their day early to not only build their endurance but to work together as a team and build camaraderie, a crucial skill in team sports.
