Help, I Need to Call Parents!

If you have a parent's email address, you can make calls using Microsoft Teams! If you only have a phone number to call a parent, then we suggest using Google Voice. Teachers will have to use their own Google email address as we are not a Google for Education district.

What Tools Do I Need to Teach Online?

A district-issued laptop will be issued to ensure educators have an Internet-ready device with a web camera, microphone, and Microsoft Office.
If your computer does not already have it installed, download Microsoft Teams

How Do I Communicate with Students?

Communication with Elementary students will be conducted via the campus administrator’s preferred communication software such as ClassDojo,  SeeSaw, or Remind. Secondary teachers will communicate with their students via Office 365 Teams and Email. Teachers are not allowed to communicate with students via private texting, personal email or any other private method aside from a district approved app. If a campus needs additional support establishing this method, Instructional Technology can assist.
