• The District’s new health insurance coverage with Aetna began on 01/01/2017. The district will continue to have the same insurance for the 2018 year.  Your 2017 Aetna Insurance Card will be used for the 2018 year unless you have made changes switching your elections from the PPO Plan or the EPO Plan. If you have made changes and have not received your new insuranc card,you can contact the Aetna Customer Service at 1-855-824-4112 to obtain the group and ID information or you can obtain a copy of your insurance card by logging into Aetna Navigator by following the instructions below:


    • Go to www.aetna.com
    • Click on the “Log in/Register” located on the top right hand corner
    • Under the Member Login, you will click on “Log In”
    • You will then click on “Register Now under the First time users section
    • You will click on the “Social Security Number  section to create your registration
  • Health Savings Account and PayFlex

    The link provided will allow for individuals to make contributions to their Health Savings Account (H S A) under the Medical Plan for 2018. Contribution amounts cannot exceed a $3,400 amount for the year.
