What? More Homework?! YAY!

Hello all,
 
I have some additional problems for you to work on (in addition to 3.1 which is due in MathLab this Sunday).  These problems cover what we discussed on Friday:
  • Graphs of Derivatives
  • Sketching Graphs of Derivatives of Functions
  • Continuity and Differentiability of Functions
The assignment is page 132: 39-46.  Please don't wait to the last minute on these; these problems take some time to think through.  These problems are due Monday, November 5, 2012.
 
Also, I would like to know your opinion on having additional book assignments.  Do you feel they are helpful?  Do you feel they are redundant? Why?  Do you feel there should be any changes to our current homework system?  Please post a comment below letting me know your opinion on this matter.  If you leave one appropriate/helpful comment, I will gladly award you fifteen BONUS points on the book assignment.  No, you can't post five times and get five bonuses.  Enjoy.
