GED Testing Fees

A total of five tests are required to complete your GED:
  • Language Arts- Reading    
  • Social Studies
  • Science
  • Math 
  • Writing

GED 1st Test                           $12.00   
TEA-GED Process Fee:         $15.00

UT Scoring Fee:                     $15.00

EISD Center Fee:                   $20.00

RE-TEST : Must complete your full battery of 5 tests to retest in any area. You can only test 3 times a year. If you are changing centers to retest you are required to provide a TEA official notification of GED test results.   
 
There is a $5.00 FEE for Transcript Requests
 
Failure to keep testing scheduled will result in fees and testing forfeiture. If you fail to make your testing appointment you will be charged $10.00 to re-schedule.
