Piecewise-Defined Functions Homework

I would like you to do the following book problems in addition to the problems in MathLab.  These problems will be due Thursday, November 15, 2012.  The assignment is as follows:
Page 239:  14, 16, 19, 23, 28, 30, 32, 36, 39, 42
 
Also, remember that your exam is on Friday this week.  It will cover all of chapter 2.  Please be prepared.
