Edgewood ISD will participate in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), which was established to continue the free meal program for students who depend on free breakfast and lunch during the school year. Camp Power Up is a day camp that will help children Power Up for a healthy life. The Camp is a great blend of fun activities and wellness education to help them learn about diabetes and diabetes prevention. Family education will be available at the conclusion of each day for full family engagement.

Each student that enters receives a Certificate of Merit for having his or her artwork selected to participate at the Regional level. Regional medal awards are presented to students who receive Superior Rating (IV) at the Regional Event. Silver Medals are presented to students selected from those receiving a Superior Rating.
