Weclome to Texas History! This year, we'll be exploring the important people, places and events that created the state you're living in today.
 
The exploration of history always begins with questioning the past.  Why did that event happen? What caused it? What happened afterwards? What might have happened instead?
 
In this class, students will not only learn the facts of Texas life, but will learn the skills needed to begin asking these questions on their own.  Welcome to class!
