  • We are taking applications for students for the 2013/2014 school year! 
    Please bring the following documentation To Stafford Early Childhood Center to enroll any weekday between 8:00 and 3:00.
    • Income Verification/ Eligibility Documentation  (An example would be your 1040 Tax Form, W-2, Child Support, Unemployment Compensation)
    • Photo ID of Parent/Guardian registering the child
    • Birth Certificate
    • Social Security card for the child
    • Proof of Residence (CPS or SAWS bill or lease showing physical address in the name of the person enrolling)
    • Federal Assistance (TANF, SSI)
    • Insurance Coverage (For example, Medicaid, CIP, Personal Insurance)
    • Physical Exam from Physician
    • Dental Exam, if available
    • Immunization Record
