Parent Involvement

 Welcome,
 
             I  am the Parent Educator for C.P. Stafford and LBJ Elementary.   Throughout the 2012-2013 school year we will need parental participation  on various committees and volunteers at school events.  On behalf of  the PTA, and most importantly, our children, we are asking that you  contribute your time wherever and whenever you can.  Without your  support, these events will not be as successful as they could be with  your involvement.  If you are interested in becoming involved please  contact me so that I can assist  you in becoming acquainted with your  child's school.
 
 
   We  urge you to become an advocate for family engagement  and for building  collaborative family-school-community partnerships that  help kids  thrive. 

   Get  involved in the effort to  take parent involvement to new heights -- to  stretch our thinking about  what involvement means, explore new ideas,  collaborate, and share  successes.
