I am very excited to be the Site Manager here at Stafford Early Childhood Center!  I came here from  Stafford Elementary, where I have been the principal for the last five years.  I came to the Edgewood Independent School District more than twenty years ago and I have stayed because I truly enjoy and appreciate the students, families and staff members that I have worked with through the years.  I began my career as a special education teacher at Roosevelt Elementary.  During my time at Roosevelt I taught special ed, 2nd grade, 3rd grade and 4th grade.  I also served for several years as the Instructional Facilitator.  I spent five years at Coronado-Escobar Elementary as an Assistant Principal.  I began my career as a principal at Gardendale Elementary.  I have learned a lot from the four other campuses that I have served, but the most important lesson that I have learned at each campus is that the greatest wealth of the Edgewood Independent School District is in the people.  I am passionate about my relationships with the people in this district and I want my contributions to be beneficial.
