Teaching Excellence At Memorial 

• Students and Staff:  Come watch the Seniors battle with the staff at our first ever Dodgeball game on Thursday, May 2nd during 7th period.  Tickets are $3.00 and will be sold during lunches.
• HOSA Members:  There will be a meeting Thursday, May 2nd at 4:20pm.  Please be on time.
• Seniors & Juniors:  Prom is May 18th, tickets will be sold during lunches, in Room 215 and Room 612 Stem Academy from April 30th-May 17th.  The cost is $45.00 per ticket when purchasing 2 or more at a time.   $50.00 if purchasing a single ticket.  Buy early and reserve your seat with your friends.  Come enjoy Prom & our Spring Time in Paris!!
• Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors:  It's time to start preparing for college!!  This Saturday, May 4th we will be taking a group of students to the Destination College Summit.  There you will be able to attend workshops, discussions, and a college fair to learn more about college, careers and financial aid.  Come see Mr. Benavidez in the college center for more information and to pick up a permission slip.
• Seniors: Join us this Friday, May 3rd for College Signing Day at St. Mary's University.  You will have the chance to celebrate your success and meet other students from San Antonio who will be your classmates next year in college.  See Mr. Benavidez in the college center for more information and to pick up a permission slip.
• Juniors:  Have you registered for the ACT and/or SAT?  Come inthis week to the college center to register.  The deadline to register is Thursday for the SAT and Friday for the ACT.
• Super STAAR Saturday:  Any freshman or sophomore interested in receiving tutoring for the End of Course Exam is encouraged to attend this Saturday, May 4th from 9:00am -12:15pm.  Subjects covered are: Algebra 1, Biology, World Geography, Geometry, Chemistry and World History.  Breakfast and snacks will be provided. 
• Flex Days May 2nd & 3rd:  Only for students who meet the criteria.  Letters will be distributed on Wednesday, May 1 during 4th period. 

• Tuesday, May 7th-AP Spanish Language and EOC  Biology & Physics.
• Wednesday, May 8th- AP Calculus AB and EOC  Chemistry.
• Thursday, May 9th- AP English Literature and Composition and EOC Algebra I and II.
• Friday, May 10th- AP English Language and Compostion

• Tuesay, May 14th- AP United States Government and Politics and EOC World Geography and US History
