SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION:

The average distribution cost to ship the donated materials to your area is $13.84. However, they stated that UPS Next
Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day are a little bit more expensive. All requests for the donated materials are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Therefore, if someone were to request the materials today, they would be shipped tomorrow.

PSAT Administration

The PSAT will be administered to 10th and 11th grade students in our district on Wednesday, October 17, 2007.

PSAT/NMSQT stands for Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. It's a standardized test that provides firsthand

practice for the SAT Reasoning Test™. It also gives you a chance to enter National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) scholarship programs.

The PSAT/NMSQT measures:

· critical reading skills

· math problem-solving skills

· writing skills

Attention to Parents of Edgewood I.S.D. Home Schooled Students: If you are interested in having your 10th and/or 11th grade student

take this exam, please call the counselor at J.F. Kennedy 444-8040 or Memorial High School 444-8300. no later than Monday, October 15, 2007.
