Edgewood PR
department wins record number awards
The Public Relations department
for Edgewood ISD won a record 12 awards at the Texas School
Public Relations Association state convention in February.
TSPRA awarded the Communications
department with 8 Gold Awards and 4 Silver Awards. The record
number awards was one of the highest given to any school
district in Texas.
“We are honored,” said PR
Director A. Mario Rios Jr. “The PR department is proud to be
recognized. Our students, staff, school district and community
are the real winners.”
