Currently, the computer-based credit recovery program is being utilized to assist students with credit recovery. This program is not a replacement or substitute program for courses offered during the regular school day. Students may be placed in this program after all academic data has been reviewed by the counselor and it is determined that this computer-based recovery program is the best academic placement for the student. Students enrolled in the computer-based recovery program must meet and follow all attendance, course and school policies and requirements.
Attendance Credit Recovery (Saturday School)
When a student has accumulated 10 absences in a class, the student is denied credit for that class. The student has options to restore that credit. Students may attend Saturday school sessions, After school sessions or file an appeal with the Attendance Committee. Below are the forms and explanation of Credit Denial and Credit Restoration.
