I was raised in Dallas, Texas.  Go Cowboys!!

After I graduated from high school, I moved to San Antonio and attended Trinity University, where  I received my Bachelor's Degree with majors in art and history. I also received my Master's Degree in Counseling  from this great school.       Go Tigers!!

After my husband was accepted at St. Mary's Law School, I applied to the Edgewood School District and was hired to teach history at Brentwood Middle School.      Go Vikings!!
 
Except for two years, my teaching experience has been here at John F. Kennedy High School.  I have taught Geography, World History,Psychology, Sociology, and U.S. History. I have enjoyed the experience tremendously.    Go Rockets!!
 
I look forward to another successful year for my juniors.  They will work hard, pass the TAKS Exit Test in the Spring and eagerly anticipate graduation next year.
