Welcome to Edgewood Fine Arts Academy Dance Department and Rockstars Dance Team.

Edgewood Fine Arts Academy Dance offers dance classes to individual students, and features the Rockstars Dance Team.

 The dance classes provide opportunities for students to learn jazz dances, hip-hop, modern, ballet technique and shinning on stage. Students become well know ledged of dance terminology and choreography. The classes offer the students to show their family and peers what they have learned throughout the semester by performing in the Annual Winter Show and Spring Show. The classes also prepare students for the Rockstar dance team try-out. The dance classes that are offered are beginning and intermediate/advanced.  

The Edgewood Rockstars dance team consists of the Kennedy Rockettes and Memorial Starlettes dancers. They perform as the Rockstars dance team at competition and as guest performers. They perform  separately at their school pep rallies, football and basketball games. The Rockstar dance team is about precession, team-work, projection and dedication. Dancers work many long hours and perform all year, from football games, competition, winter and spring show, parade and school musical. Dance team members are placed in dance team class and have after school practices. The dance team teaches students about responsibility, team-work, dedication, and hard work.
