Physical Education/Athletic Syllabus
 
Course Description:
In this course students are expected to learn the rules and regulations of each sport and games. We will focus on physical fitness and developing a healthy lifestyle.  Students will learn basic terminology of sports skills, understand rules of sports and games, history of sports related topics and participate in game like situations.  Students will develop health-related fitness goals and have an understanding how teamwork and sportmanship are important to life.
