I will take a minute to introduce myself. I am originally from Kansas, go Wildcats! I received my education at Newman University in elementary education with an endorsement in Middle School. I have a love for sports and was lucky enough to play volleyball and basketball in college. I am very proud of my roots but am excited to be here in Texas.

This year I will continue to teach the 6th grade STAR. My 6th grade class will focus on the computer basics while implementing 21st century technology. The class will contain opportunities for collaboration as well as individual work.

I am so excited to share my love for sports with our students athletes here at Gus Garcia. I will be coaching volleyball, basketball, and track for our 7th grade girls program.

I look forward to working with you as parents to help prepare our students to be 21st century learners!
