Mrs. De Luna is a product of Edgewood I.S.D. She attended Hoelscher Elem., Brentwood M.S., and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. She earned her Associate of Arts degree from Palo Alto College and a Bachelors Degree in History from Texas A&M Kingsville University in San Antonio, Texas. 
 
Mrs. De Luna is married, has two sons, a daughter-in-law, and loves to spoil her grandchild.
