My name is Mrs. Hart and I am an eighth grade social studies teacher. I was formally Ms.Hall, but have since gotten married and changed my name. I am currently in my second year of teaching and absolutely love teaching middle school!

 

I was born in Austin, Texas and have lived in Texas for all of my life. I moved to San Antonio to attend Trinity University in 2000 and graduated with a B.A. in Sociology in the spring of 2004. I met my future husband during college and ended up staying in San Antonio. After college, I worked at a local charity foundation for the next 4 years. I was married in Ocotober 2009 to my husband, Branden, and we are the happy parents of Splinter, our hound dog.

 

I have been very interested in sports all my life. I played volleyball and basketball starting in junior high and went all the way through my senior year of high school. Someday I hope to coach a Truman team! My favorite sport to watch is college football! Go Longhorns! I also love to read, swim, cook and spend time with my friends and family.
