   My name is Loyd Kelley. I have been teaching Edgewood ISD for three years now. This is my first year at Kennedy HS as the Special Education BD teacher. I have been in the district for 5 years, most recently at DAEP. I was born and raised in Oklahoma. I joined the Army shortly after graduating from High School. I moved to San Antonio in 1998 when I got out of the Army. I graduated from UTSA with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts.
