Welcome! My name is Norma Morin!
          I am excited to make this my 10th year teaching at Winston Elementary.  I graduated from UTSA in 1982 and retired from San Antonio Water System where I held the positions of Accoutant II and Superintendent.  In 2005 I received my Masters from OLLU in Early Childhood Bilingual Education.  Since School Year 2004-2005 my students have scored 100% in writing and I know this will continue. I am very proud to say I have been married 30 years to Ralph Morin and I have a daughter who is attending Texas State majoring in criminal justice. As a parent I know how much hard work is involved when working with your children. If you have any questions regarding their school work please do not hesitate to e-mail me.
