Third Grade Expectations

All Third Grade students are expected to read on level by the end of the year.  Expectations for math a equally rigorous.  Basic addition, subtraction, and multiplication facts must be memorized.  Regrouping in addition and subtraction must be mastered.  Students must learn and develop appropriate problem-solving strategies.  Science concepts are also important at this time in order to prepare students for the Fifth Grade Science STAAR.  Get ready to work!
