7:45 am - 8:00 am                   Breakfast

Students eat their breakfast while they are informed about daily activities and events.  Students can ask questions about homework at this time; homework questions are addressed during the content area time that the question relates to.

             

   8:00-9:00                              LA/  Spelling, Grammar

Students will write about a daily prompt decided by the teacher (prompt based on “news” of the day/word of the day/weather/student driven)

  9:00 - 10:25                           Reading/ Small Group Instruction

Guided Reading: Student will read leveled readers and Scholastic reading books. Students will work
on comprehension skills .)

 

10:25 - 11:10                          Specials ( PE, Art, and Music)

 
11:10 - 11:40                          Math Daily Warm- ups 
 
 11:40 - 12:10                         Lunch
 

12:15 pm – 1:20 pm              Mathematics
