This Is Me!

This is my sixth year here at Roosevelt Elementary. I have taught first, third and fourth grades. This year has been an amazing experience. Guiding my students through their journey as they become independent thinkers and life-long learners is an enriching experience.

I love to spend time at home with my husband Robert, our son Michael Anthony and our daughters Christine Alexandra and Marcella Natasha.

I graduated from Dr. Leo G. Cigarroa High School in Laredo, Texas and attended St. Mary’s University, here in San Antonio, where I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish and Political Science. I am currently attending Lamar University and working on my Master of Arts Degree.

I love the magical world of Disney. My favorite place to vacation is, of course, the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
My favorite hobby is reading. Reading unlocks the imagination and can take you anywhere you want to go. My favorite book is The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas. I hope you too will have the opportunity to enjoy reading and embark on wonderful adventures!
