Welcome to the the 2016-2017 school year. I look forward to great experiences as we journey together to make our schools and district a remarkable place to learn. It is my goal to work alongside with campuses to maximize our students' learning potential and equip them with the necessary tools to become successful learners.  
 
My priority as Accountability Coordinator and the District Coordinator of School Improvement (DCSI) is to provide data, training, and support to improve student performance. This, in turn, will result in a positive change at the campus and the district level while improving academic achievement. Data is all around us. It is an integral part of what we do as educators and it drives our instruction. It is important that we know our areas of strength and our areas of focus to meet the needs of ALL students. 
It is through accountability that we ensure compliance with school improvement regulations at the state and federal level.
