Mrs. Reece

Our Chargers are looking forward to an awesome 2016 - 2017 school year.  Throughout the last year, the campus undertook the cumbersome task of developing a Turn Around Plan.  This plan has been approved by the EISD Board of Managers and will be implemented this school year.  Some of the things we are proud of this year include:
  • We will continue NJHS, Robotics, Chess Club, UIL, Yearbook, Athletics and Student Council.
  • UIL took first place in 6th, 7th and 8th Grade as well as first place for overall performance.  Go Chargers!
  • Our Chess Club took first place in the Middle School Division.
  • Our LOTC participated in the Battle of Flowers Parade.  The color guard participated in many events including Excellence in Edgewood, the EISD Salsa Bowl and the EISD Memorial Day Ceremony
  • We anticipate the participation of the Jazz Band in various competitions this year.
  • The fourth induction of the National Junior Honor Society.
  • The Robotics competition placed in the top 4 of FLL Competition with Trash Talk.
