I have been teaching in the Edgewood District for 12 years. I began my teaching career at Lyndon B. Johnson and have been at Alonso Perales for 7 years. I have taught 2nd-5th grade. My husband and I love to travel and have been to Europe, Canada, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Mexico, and Indonesia. I have two grown children. My son is proudly serving our country in the United States Coast Guard. My daughter is working and going to college at UTSA majoring in biology. In my free tme, I enjoy cooking, reading, gardening, and spending time with my family and friends.
