Hello I'm Miss Lopez and this is my third year teaching.  I taught for two years at Coronado-Escobar Elementary as a First Grade and Kindergarten teacher.  I am so excited to be joining the Perales Elementary community this year as a Kindergarten teacher!  Go Roadrunners!
 
I graduated from St. Mary's University in 2004 with my BA in Political Science.  After several years working in the public field sector, I wanted a more giving and rewarding career so I went back to school to get my teaching certification and fulfill a childhood dream of becoming a teacher.  Here I am today very proud and excited to be a teacher in the Edgewood ISD. I am currently pursuing my Masters of Education Degree in Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
