My name is the Mrs. Kazmir.  I have been teaching General Music for 15 years.  I have been at Las Palmas for 5 years and very happy to be teaching your children.  I recieved my Bachelor of Music degree from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.

 

 

Kinder - Steady beat, singing voice, high and low sounds and fast and slow sounds

 

1st grade - Steady beat, upward and downward sounds, and "The Carnival of the Animals"

 

2nd grade - Pitch (so and mi), Rhythm (quarter note and quarter rest) & Brass Instruments

 

3rd grade - Pitch (mi, re, do), Rhythm (quarter note, quarter rest and two eighth notes)

 

4th grade - "Texas Our Texas" and Rhythm (quarter note, quarter rest and two eighth notes)

 

5th grade - Rhythm (quarter note, quarter rest and two eighth notes) and "The Nutcracker"
