Hello, my name is Mr. Amaro and I am one of the Special Ed Teachers here at Winston. This is my first year at Winston Elementary and I am very excited to get to know all of my new students. We are going to have a great school year with plenty of success! 
 
 
A little bit about me, I was born and raised here in San Antonio, TX. I received my degree from The University of the Incarnate Word in 2001. GO CARDINALS! I have taught for EISD for 5 years now. The last four years I worked at Las Palmas Elementary. I have been married for six years to my wife and have one daughter who was born last year. In my free time I enjoy fishing, swimming, and playing softball.
