• GED High School Non-enrollment Form

    This form is used to document the 16 or 17 year old student is no longer enrolled in high school.  The student needs to take this form to the school last attended. The school official will fill out the form and submit it directly to the Texas Education Agency. Instructions for how to send in the form are on the form or found at the link below.
