My name is Melissa Saur and I am very excited to be teaching Kindergarten this year.  I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. I am certified EC-6th grade. This is my third year at LBJ and I am proud to be a bobcat! I am a passionate person and take pride in all I do.  I  enjoy my job and learning new things daily.  I look forward in working together to enable your child's social and educational success.    
 
 
   I am so thrilled to have the opportunity to be a part of your child's life. I have a passion for teaching and sharing my love of learning with others. My goal is to create a classroom that learns, works, and grows together. I have high expectations for all of my students as I do my own children, and I look forward to seeing all of them succeed!
