• Be able to identify beginning sounds of words
• Be able to break words down into syllables
• Be able to count words in a sentence

Math:

Students should be able to...

• count to 10 or higher
• count 5 or more objects
• make a simple AB pattern and extend
• identify basic geometric shapes
• make a simple graph
