Meet Mrs. Lozano!
My name is Beatriz Lozano-Macias. I come from a migrant background. From elementary to college I attended 14 different schools in 6 different states. There were several obstacles that could have taken me through a different route but my family knew the importance of an Education. I knew from a young age that I wanted to be an Educator as I had the opportunity to be a part of several great classrooms with inspiring Teachers. My husband and I both became a part of the Edgewood ISD family when we moved to San Antonio in October 2009. This year I am excited to be at LBJ Elementary as a 3rd grade teacher.
