Hello, and welcome to the Henry B. Gonzalez Library!  This is my first year at H.B Gonzalez.  I recently moved to San Antonio from Maryland.  In Maryland I taught middle school Social Studies for seven years.  I received my Bachelor's in Social Science: Secondary Education at Towson University.  I also received my Masters in Instructional Technology: School Library Media at Towson University.   I love to read and usually read an hour or two every night.  My favorite genres are fantasy, science fiction and historical fiction.  I have a strong passion for reading that I would like to utilize to encourage the students at this school to become  life-long readers.
