I am a graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos. I enjoy analyzing how things work as well as the creative process. I hope to instill the characteristics of an observer and problem solver into every student that I meet. In my spare time I try to improve these things within myself by rediscovering what I know and exploring what I don't.
I believe that in an ever-changing world, in order
to understand it, we must focus on the act of
nurturing minds that will think logically as well as
abstractly. Too often students are driven to find the
"correct answer" when there is no ONE correct
answer--the need for a different approach develops.
Art is a gateway for students to analyze and learn how to
meet bumps on the road or setbacks (or as the students
say “mistakes”) and solve them by which ever way fits
and expresses their point of view.
