While in the AIT classroom, students are expected to be on their best behavior in order to maximize their learning during our time together. 

I also use CHAMPS strategies to set expectations for student success!
Conversation Level = 1 or 2 (1 for small group instruction; 0 for independent work).
Help = Students may ask the group or AIT for assistance.
Activity = Students will be working on reading or math lessons.
Movement = Will be done at the AITs discretion. (seated at the small group table or on the floor working with learning partners).
Participation = All students are expected to participate in the learning.
Success = My goal is to help all my students achieve success!
