My name is Jessica Sweeney and I am the Communities In Schools case manager at Cisneros Elementary! Communities In Schools (CIS) is a school-based, non-profit organization whose mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and acheive in life. We provide that support through our 6 components:
  • Counseling and Supportive Guidance
  • Educational Enhancement
  • Enrichment Programs
  • Health and Human Services
  • Parental and Family Involvment
  • Career and Employment Awareness
