Equipment Loan Agreement 
 
The EISD School District may enter into a written agreement with an employee whereby the employee assumes financial responsibility for electron textbooks
 
or technology equipment usage of school property or outside of a school sponsored evein in consideration for the ability of the employee to use the electronic
 
textbook or technological equipment for personal business. The written agreement shall be separate from the employees contract. Fur further information please
