I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University and a Master of Art degree in Counseling from University of Texas at San Antonio. I have worked as an investigator for Child Protective Services, Foster Home Case Manager, Case Manager for Communities in Schools, Child and Family Therapist and Behavior Intervention Therapist for Head Start.


I love to read, garden, listen to music, spend time with my family and run. I am married and have one son and two dogs.


I have taught first grade and Kindergarten at Cisneros Elementary School. This is my third year teaching and I can't wait for an amazing year!
